Hello again from Capt. Frankie. Get ready for another adventure. Last time we saw the seven natural wonders of the world. Now we are off on another trip to see the seven man-made wonders of the world. What would you like to see first? Buckle up and take a look outside the window .
Okay, here we are at the Coliseum in Rome. Italy is the big foot of Europe. Bongiorno by lamenting good morning what a beautiful morning. You see the Coliseum in Rome? Ground and you just like a baseball field surrounded by a thick wall so tall with huge arched windows and a breeze- why you do not sneeze.
The Coliseum was once used for contests where slaves would break when another as sport to amuse the people of the ancient Roman Empire.
50,000 people could be seated in this huge arena to watch the shows. There were special boxes for the Emperor and his family to sit, and around that was eating was made of stone and marble where guests would sit on cushions.
