CHARACTER QUOTES: UNDISCOVERED BY Dellani Oakes
“So, we’re looking for a deeply tanned, black haired swimmer about six one, broad shoulders, no distinguishing marks.”
She nodded, sighing. “I really wish I’d seen more. I’m sorry.”
There was a knock on the door. “Detective Scott?”
“Yes?”
It was the first officer on the scene, Perry Davis. “We found the mask. No gloves, but we’re still looking. Got a hair off the inside.”
“Bag it and tag it.”
“Already done.” He held up the mask and the hair in separate plastic bags. “Our boy’s got black hair. We’re hoping to get more evidence off the mask.”

A great tale which reminds me of the underrated 1984 Phillppe Mora movie starring Rutger Hauer, Powers Boothe and Kathleen Turner “A Breed Apart”

This is the first book that I’ve read by this author and it’s different from anything I’ve ever read. It’s an mc romance with a touch of the paranormal. Each member of the princes have their own unique abilities. Abilities that they use to protect their people from those that wish them harm.
It’s recommended to read the previous books before reading any of the princes books. I didn’t so I don’t think I missed out too much. I prefer the paranormal stories and this also being an mc romance is an added bonus. The story is not rushed and choppy but full of rich details. The reader can almost picture themselves in the world of the princes. It’s a good story.

However things get complicated when he falls desperately in love/lust with Cadence. Things get even more sticky when his partner and ex, Vanessa Weinstein, is also assigned the case. As volatile at the situation seems, it’s the perfect solution, Vanessa, with the help of Scott’s friends, keep him in check while they all do their best to protect their only witness. As the killer closes in, secrets are revealed and the case is blown wide open when a photo reveals more about the identity of the perp.
Undiscovered is a romance novel filled with just the right amount of suspense, humor and strong characters for a discerning reader. Dellani Oakes does a magnificent job of taking us through a dangerous and often times thrilling, Daytona Beach. If you like your cops and robbers hot then this is the book for you!

It looks like all Brien and Kim’s plans for a gnarly new year go astray when an assumed missing Mick shows up at their hotel room after being beaten by the goons after the same GPS everyone is after.
The bodies are piling up and Brien, Kim, Mick and twitchin’ Mitchum try to keep the stooges and their bosses from getting what they want. They might have gotten away with it too if it weren’t for those meddling newlyweds.
Ms. Burke has done it again with her sense of humor and the creation of great characters who become friends to the reader. The story is suspenseful yet humorous and deserves 5 gold kruggerands for a great story and one that leaves the reader wanting more.
