She should stay away from Jay. But can she? Just who is the hunter and who is the hunted? HEART OF THE HUNTER BY CHERIME MACFARLANE

Heart Of The Hunter (Copper River Romances Book 3) by [MacFarlane, Cherime]

Format: Kindle Edition
Author Cherime MacFarlane writes about the people of Alaska as only a native can do. Her characters are so rich in detail that the reader comes to know them like real family. In this romance novel, the youngest Jones brother, J.F, has loved Linda forever, it seems. But, Linda has blocked any emotional involvement with men, because she has suffered rejection from her biological father, who was an alcoholic.
Author MacFarlane has taken on the long term effects of alcohol addiction unto the second generation of family relationships. Much of the book is taken up with Linda's struggle to understand herself and overcome the pain and hurt. J.F Jones supports her in her quest and remains faithful to her, even though he, at times, tries to forget her by withdrawing from college and going out on a commercial fishing boat for the season. This part gets pretty exciting, too. It points out the dangers and accurate details of the work. We even get some advice on how to cook delicious salmon.
Highly recommended.
